Like many sports tennis places a great deal of strain on the feet and lower limb. The constant change of direction and acceleration both forwards and backwards means the feet are fully exploited during any given match. As a keen club player Ian Lenehan is well aware of how tough a match can be on your feet.

 

Correcting misalignment in the foot or lower limb is important not only to alleviate pain but to prevent further injury and long term, irreversible damage.
